All costs incurred by the user in accessing the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\">Depending on the case:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\">The site uses all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services.
